TITLE H-1 & Job Interview

NAME mkmcs DATE 12/22/2005 2:01:20 AM

CONTENTS I`m a recent college graduate looking for a job...

One of my concern has been that I`ll be turned down b/c of my visa status..

My friends (who are H-1 sponsored) tell em and I recall from a legitimate website that I don`t have to tell the employers that I`m in OPT or a F-1 visa holder....they tell me to first get a job foremost..

I guess this a question of being witty vs honest...

Can you please advise me on this matter...
what if I get thru the interview and not mention my status...........
And when it times come for me to apply for a H-1 Visa how do I carefully and effectively bring it up to my employer...

Thank you!
