 TITLE about H1-B VISA

 CONTENTS I have ever got my H1-B VISA from my previous U.S. employer (admission period till 2005), but in 2003 I came back to Taiwan. (so my status is B1 VISA now)
Right now I am looking for a job again in U.S., if I am lucky enough to get offer, should I re-apply H1-B? or use H1-B transfer? (because some people told me that I got the admission before, so I would not apply use those H1 limited quota as others. (period end 2005)

what`s the fact?
I am guessing actually I need to start from nothing, right?
