Position: Theme Park Business Developer Title: Vice President
Work Location: Yongin City (40mins away from Seoul, Capital), South Korea.
Job Description: -Responsible for the business development and master plan and report to Executive VP & CEO -Responsible for supervising 3 department directors and staffs -Oversee the management of all operational functions of assigned design, park quality, and strategy departments including profitability, marketing, sales, finance, and risk management. -Responsible as directed for the development, implementation and achievement of budgetary goals. -Research and recommend new rides and facilities to enhance guest satisfaction, sales, and cost control. -Submit expense and capital budget recommendations. Attend and participate in department management meetings. Conduct weekly meetings with staff to communicate necessary information and problem solving.
Job Requirement -Bachelor Degree -Over 15 years experience in theme park or hospitality industry in a supervisory or management role or an equivalent combination is preferred. -Prior experience in the multi-national amusement/theme park companies
