ADVANTAGES OF CHUNGDAHM CHUNGDAHM prides itself on maintaining a professional environment where you are respected as an educator, not just an employee. We believe a component to this respect is ensuring teachers have the necessary tools to affect change in our students. All classrooms are equipped with computers and internet access, whiteboards, and 42¡± televisions for speaking and listening exercises. Every branch has an instructor lounge equipped with coffee, tea, snacks and personal lockers.
The company has also invested $1 million into a complete web-based administration system to help manage students. Students are given identification cards that are scanned when entering the facility. When their names are not registered for their scheduled classes, an automatic text message is sent to their parents¡¯ mobile phones to notify them of their child¡¯s lateness or absence.
The online administration system also provides a tool to record grades, student progress and student issues which parents can immediately access through our homepage. Staff members will also communicate with the students parents if required, eliminating the need for teachers to speak directly with parents.
