[Requirements] - Minimum 10 years of total experience. - Minimum 5 years of HSE experience related with large Civil infra project such as Road, Railroad, Tunnel, Port, and Dam etc. - Four-year university degree holder - Relocation to HQ located in Seoul, South Korea - Frequent international business trips are required [Role & Responsibility] 1. Proposal works - To review and study ITB, practice and code issued by clients - To participate in the Q-HSE meetings, conferences and workshops and etc. - To make proposals and clarification materials - To conduct risk assessment throughout the project (Design/Procurement/Construction/Pre-commissioning/Commissioning) 2. Establishment and implementation of the global standard Q-HSE system - To make and produce Q-HSE plans, procedures and management system 3. Preparation of Q-HSE plan for a new project 4. Staff management at the project site in charge 5. Risk Management during the construction - To review method statements and risk assessments - To monitor and manage major risks and hazards 6. To communicate with related divisions, clients and consortiums 7. To train staffs, sub-contractors and laborers 8. To conduct an Q-HSE audit and evaluation (trend analysis needed) 9. To make and produce education materials for staffs, sub-contractors and labors. 10. To improve the level of Q-HSE management skills through audit and training programs for domestic and overseas project sites. 11. To conduct other works related to Q-HSE required by the Employer. 12. To make report of all the duties assigned to the Employee 13. To perform any other duties falling within the scope of expertise and experience of the Employee as the Employer considers necessary
