You will be responsible for to providing expert HR service delivery to all areas of the organization, while implementing and continually upgrading best HR practices for a workforce headquartered in Los Angeles Area with Headquarter offices across the country.
Specifics areas of HR include: recruitment, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, coordination of performance management, employee relations, medical and implementation of compensation plans. Also key will be constant learning and upgrading of HR Best Practices to ensure the company remains at the leading edge of HR.
Requirement: -Bachelor or Diploma in Business and/or Human Resources, and/or CHRP in progress -Experience: at least 5~7 years as a generalist with exposure to all aspects of HR, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity -Fluent in oral and written English and Korean -Excellent interviewing skills -Ability to continually seek out opportunity, practising and encouraging a culture of strategic excellence. -Demonstrated record of meeting people with ease and motivate them to seek opportunities and achieve high standards. -Enjoyment of the challenge of problem solving and come up with well thought through practical solutions. -Applies a systematic and logical approach in order to get things right -Self-starting, competitive, imaginative, enthusiastic, self-confident, inspiring, logical, systematic and precise. -Good oral and written communication -Ability to work with a senior management team to implement policies and ensure compliance -Excellent employee relations skills -Knowledge of Employment Standards and Human Rights legislation required, other provinces preferred -Knowledge of compensation analysis and salary administration.
